Standard Rate: 30% of Deposit required upon booking (non-refundable), 70% refundable up to 5 days before arrival.

Prepaid/Non-Refundable Rate: 100% payment upon booking. No refunds are available in the event of cancellation.

In some cases, partial refund vouchers may be available, to be agreed upon with the property.

No refunds are NEVER provided in the event of a NO-SHOW (without prior notice).
